UFO researcher Scott Waring has posted an intriguing video in which he examined a 1967 NASA Lunar Orbiter 3 image, and by digitally lightening areas of a crater, a strange manufactured structure appears to be revealed, hidden inside the crater. He suggests that this is evidence of subterranean alien culture:

So, I was looking at this specific structure on the moon, and I thought, “Let’s add some light to it, maybe we’ll see something interesting.” I started adjusting the lighting, adding a bit more, and a bit more, and that’s when things got really intriguing.
This particular structure is located within a crater on Earth’s moon, and I found it using a NASA index link. I’ll provide the link in the video description so you can check it out for yourself. It’s a 1967 lunar orbiter 3 mission photo.
Now, let’s get back to the original photo. There’s something extraordinary about this structure that instantly caught my attention. But then, I noticed something else inside the crater, something crossing its floor. I decided to shed some more light on it, and, wow, I could actually see something forming within the darkness below.
I kept adjusting the lighting, and this remarkable structure emerged. It’s mind-blowing how these things are hidden in the depths of the crater. The crater’s floor could be anywhere from 3 to 6 kilometers deep, which is roughly 3 to 4 miles. Look at the intricate details of these structures; it’s truly astonishing.
The big question here is, why don’t we know more about these discoveries? Why are these photos only surfacing now? It’s almost as if NASA doesn’t want us to see them.”
